Overview of the TaylorMade xFT TP Wedge

Our newest recruit, PGA Level 1 Coach, Rajiv Patel, gives us an overview of the TaylorMade xFT TP Wedge. It is the first wedge with a removable face, saving golfers money in replacing the whole club, as well as allowing players to remain used to the shaft and grip.

It’s all happening tonight as TaylorMade Golf President & CEO Mark King will be talking to fans of the company about the overall direction of TaylorMade, as well as announcing a new product. As you can see by the artwork below, TaylorMade have obviously picked up a few lessons from Apple in terms of hyping up their new products. Whilst they may not have the ability to generate the same excitement for a Golf item, vs an iPhone, it is still very innovative and forward thinking by TaylorMade. Here is the trailer for the second GolfOnline.co.uk podcast, which is a two part special with Ozzy from Adidas. In part 1, we discuss the technical side of the Adidas Golf shoe range. We pit the Adidas AdiPure golf shoes against the Adidas Tour 360 version 4.0, and discuss the differences between the Tour 360 version 4.0 and the Tour 360 version 3.0.
In part two, Ozzy takes us behind the scenes in the lives of Adidas Pro tour golfers such as Justin Rose, Sergio Garcia and Martin Kaymer. We get in insight into the lavish parties and pre-tour conundrums – all from Ozzy’s all access point of view.
